AADHVI CORP (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

1. Service Scope & Agreements

All software development, game production, and dating app engineering contracts are executed under formal Master Service Agreements (MSA) and Statements of Work (SOW) defining milestones, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon final payment receipt for contracted milestones, 100% of custom source code, design assets, and intellectual property developed for the client are formally transferred to the client.

3. Governing Jurisdiction

These terms and all commercial contracts are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of the courts in Goa, India.
